Over his 40 years with North Country Appraisals and centered out of Prince George, Harvey Erickson (President) has completed appraisals and advisory services on almost all types of properties in the BC northern cities and communities including Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Fort Nelson, Vanderhoof, Burns Lake, Smithers, Houston, Terrace, Prince Rupert, Kitimat, McBride and Valemount. His travels has taken him many times to the Yukon and on occasion to Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. 
The Prince George commercial office is operated by Harvey Erickson, AACI. Harvey continues to work from the Prince George office delivering services throughout the north central interior of the Province including communities such as Prince George, Quesnel, Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, Clinton and Cache Creek along the Cariboo Highway 97 corridor. With Harvey’s past assessment experience in the Cariboo and the Peace River, the consultants in the NCA Group are well positioned to offer commercial appraisal services throughout the north – enhancing the very name “North Country Appraisal Services”.
For the past 14 years, Harvey has grown the NCA Group Brand in the City of Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley contracting and specializing in Commercial advisory services. This base of operations afforded opportunity to conduct several assignments in the Fraser Valley, Vancouver, North Vancouver and in areas around Roberts Bank, Delta and Richmond. During this time, the NCA Group has developed a high level residential appraisal service.
With offices in Prince George and Kelowna, the NCA Group can offer discretionary services throughout the North Okanagan in the communities of Vernon, Salmon Arm and Kamloops – the very community where Harvey first started in the fee appraisal business and where he spent three formative years of his younger life. In 2009, NCA expanded into the Fraser Valley market setting up an office in Abbotsford. CRA providing residential appraisal services throughout the Valley including many communities in the lower mainland such as Mission, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Surrey, Langley, Richmond and Delta. NCA has used their Abbotsford location to expand its commercial based services delivered to financial institutions, municipalities and government agencies throughout the lower mainland. Under Harvey’s guidance, the NCA Group has established a separate Recreation Division – North Country Appraisals (1985) Ltd. – designed to provide appraisals, consultation
and realty advisory services to the recreation, back country, wilderness and tourism industry. This Division is managed directly by Harvey who intends to spend his next 40 years in business delivering professional services and building lasting relationships. His fondest goal is to fish every possible lake located throughout the central interior of the Province where he has privilege of having worked in his first 40 years In this time, Harvey has traveled and explored most regions, many lakes and waterfront locations in British Columbia including Vancouver Island and the Yukon Territories. Our Specialty Division offers appraisals for insurance purposes, market value estimates for buyers, sellers, investors and finance related business. The company also provides professional advisory services to Crown Agencies, Ministries, Regional Municipalities and Trade Associations.
